My name is Markus Drayss. I am a German-born visual effects artist and photographer living in London. I divide my time between film-related work and photography, the latter being mainly personal projects.

My photographic interest lies in capturing people in their environments, applying my own visual style and narrative. Much of my recent work is focused on travel and documentary photography, covering Central Asia, Somaliland, Ethiopia, the Middle East, Eastern Europe, and other locations.

I also do concert photography.
